Introduction
I am an IT Professional with 13 years of working experience in Product Management, Project Management, IT consulting, Technical support and IT Training. I am also a Senior Police Officer with experience in Operations, Investigations and Public Engagements. As a IT Systems Product Manager, I help my company to identify potential clients, understand their business problems, and provide solutions with my apps to solve their problems.
Aside from technical skills, I have also learnt business skills such as marketing, leadership management, accounting and financial investment. As the OC CPU in Marina Bay NPC, I got to work with many business owners in the Central Business District to promote crime prevention, conduct emergency preparedness exercises and joint partnerships in security management for major events.
